No matter where you call home, our team of dedicated physical and occupational therapists can create an individualized treatment plan with the goal of helping you live as independently as possible.
We work together to strengthen the body, decrease pain, and increase range of motion. By putting form to function and teaching new skills, we not only can help you feel better, but live better as well. Once clients have achieved a certain level of abilities and are no longer homebound, our therapy team can provide additional services in your own home to further the rehabilitation process.
Our interdisciplinary team of physical and occupational therapists are here to help you reach your highest potential. When there is a loss in mobility or one’s ability to care for themselves, our team is here to teach new skills, educate clients and their caregivers, and develop function, which promotes a whole new level of independence.
We offer the following categories of therapy:
Physical Therapy helps individuals recovering from an injury or illness and for those experiencing chronic pain. The goal of therapy is to increase strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and mobility while decreasing pain. By helping clients maintain and maximize their function, their quality of life is enhanced.
Occupational Therapy teaches individuals how to adapt their environment so they can live more productive and independent lives. Our therapists help clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating, by improving activity tolerance and strength. By helping clients with the tools they need to care for themselves, we can greatly improve their quality of life.
We also have a variety of skilled services and special programs to help our clients live better lives.

"They are more than therapy. They are a part of us—an essential, competent part of our team!"Owner of an Assisted Living Facility
"I have nothing but great things to say about the physical therapy I received from Preceptor Health Care. I had neck and shoulder pain, and my therapist worked hard to help me. She was always on time and professional, but also warm and personable. She was gentle with me, and knew when I had worked enough that I needed a rest. It was just a joy to see her at every visit."A client who received therapy
