We are so grateful for the time and effort your RN placed to heal our mother’s wound. She spent countless hours completing research on the right wound care for a Parkinson’s patient with uncontrolled movements. The wound was located in an area which receives a lot of friction and had proven to be difficult to heal. The wound care clinic we took our mom to had not been successful at healing the wound until your RN took over mom’s care and made recommendations for wound care. Your RN continued to make changes in the wound care to assist with healing. Our family feared the wound would cause further health declines for mom. We are so grateful for your RN and the time she spent to ensure mom did not further decline because of the wound. We are also very grateful for the amount of time your RN spent with the staff at the assisted living facility where mom resides to provide education, training, and support. Your RN ensured the staff understood the fancy gadget she placed on mom and taught them to promote that healing.Daughter in Law of Client
I always received calls about the patient and how she was doing and what I could do. I was impressed with the home care services. They made a big difference.
I am very pleased with the home care company. They were very helpful. Many thanks for their help. They were very helpful and friendly.
Dana and Gretta could not have been more helpful and caring for my health and safety. They get a “10” in my book.
I am very pleased with the care that I received from my Home Health Agency. It was very helpful and made me feel a little stronger.
This was the best therapy my husband received. It was a pleasure to see the therapists coming. I would use this agency for any further needs.
I have MS so everyday can be different. The therapist did an excellent job troubleshooting to see what will help me on any given day.
You saved my mother’s life. My mom was supposed to be admitted to home health care after being in the hospital and rehab. When the nurse came she saw something was wrong and took control when she observed that my mom was not doing well. She did some testing and called the doctor. She called 911 and waited with the family until the paramedics came. She comforted my mom and my family. The nurse was professional and caring.
